Fredrik Härén is a 47 year old father of three: Lucas (born 2010), Maria (2013) and Sophia (2015). He is married to Elaine and they live in Singapore.

Professionally Fredrik is an author and global, keynote speaker on Business Creativity, Change and Global Business. He has delivered over 1,500 presentations in over 60 countries on 6 continents.

He is the author of 9 books, including “The Idea Book” which was included in “The 100 Best Business Books of All Time”.

Since 2013 Fredrik is in on “semi-paternity leave”, having reduced his work load by 50% . This year he will spend 5 months home with his children.
